Grazing

Ingredients: 

  • Selection of cheeses from The Station (e.g., Snowdonia Cheese)

  • 100g salami, thinly sliced

  • Assorted crackers from The Station

  • 50g mixed nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts, cashews)

  • Chutney from The Station (e.g., caramelized onion or fig chutney)

Prepare the Cheese

Remove the cheese from the fridge about 30 minutes before serving to allow it to reach room temperature for optimal flavour. Cut the cheese into wedges or cubes for easy serving.

Arrange the Meat

Fold or roll the salami slices and arrange them around the board.

Add the Crackers

Place an assortment of crackers in different sections of the board to create variety.

Final Touches 

  • Spoon the chutney into a small bowl or dish and place it on the board for dipping.

  • Arrange everything in a way that creates a visually appealing spread. Add optional garnishes like fresh herbs or dried fruit for extra color and texture.
